At The Vault Bicycle Shop, we want you to enjoy your purchase with confidence. All products we sell are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product type.
Manufacturer Warranties
- Each bicycle, part, and accessory carries its own warranty provided by the manufacturer.
- Warranty coverage, terms, and duration are determined by the product’s brand.
- Common coverage may include protection against defects in materials or workmanship, but exclusions (such as normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper assembly/maintenance) may apply.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- Warranty claims are handled directly by the product manufacturer.
- Please refer to the warranty card, product packaging, or the manufacturer’s website for detailed instructions.
- For the fastest service, contact the manufacturer directly with proof of purchase and product details.
Our Role
- While The Vault Bicycle Shop does not issue warranties ourselves, we are happy to provide your sales receipt or assist with product details needed for a manufacturer claim.
- If you need help identifying the right contact information for a manufacturer, please reach out to us.
Exclusions
- Custom orders, closeout items, and certain consumables (tires, tubes, brake pads, etc.) may have limited or no warranty coverage.
- Labor, shipping, and service costs are generally not covered under manufacturer warranties.
