  • Processing times may vary during holidays or peak demand.

Shipping Sources

  • Orders may ship directly from The Vault Bicycle Shop in Las Vegas or from one of our 7–10 warehouse distribution centers across the country.
  • This network allows us to fulfill orders faster and reduce shipping costs.
  • In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments if items are stocked in different locations.

Shipping Methods

  • We use trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
  • Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.
  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping typically takes 2–3 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping (when applicable promotions are offered).

International Shipping

  • At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. We do not ship to APO or PO boxes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery status.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
