Visual Inspection
- Frame, fork, and wheel inspection
- Check for cracks, looseness, or wear
Drivetrain Check
- Lubricate chain
- Check for chain and cassette wear
- Adjust derailleur tension
Brake Adjustment
- Align brake calipers
- Adjust brake pads
- Tighten cables or check fluid level (if hydraulic)
Tire & Wheel Check
- Inflate to correct PSI
- Inspect for flats, tears, or rim issues
- Minor wheel true (if needed)
Bolt & Safety Check
- Tighten all bolts to spec
- Check headset and bottom bracket play
- Confirm all quick releases and axles are secure
