Refunds & Returns Policy

At The Vault Bicycle Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our refunds and returns guidelines below.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
  • Certain items such as helmets, nutrition products, and custom-ordered bikes or parts are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your account.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

  • We are happy to exchange items of equal value, subject to product availability.
  • Exchanges follow the same 14-day return window.
  • There will be a 20% restocking fee on all non-defective items that are returned.

Online Orders

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
  • Please contact us before shipping any items back so we can provide return instructions.
